Telephone orders

We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service but please feel free to call in your order call us toll free at 1-800-754-1300

Fax orders

You can fax your order to 1-626-855-1280. Remember put your billing and shipping information and the item no., color, quantity and payment method

How to order on-line

1. Log in: 

If you are a registered customer, enter your email address and password, then click login. If you are a new customer please register now. Login name (your email address) password (you must created by yourself).

2. Enter product information:

You can choose the item, color, and quantity. When you are finished entering, click on BUY to add to your shopping cart.

3. Review order:

You can review your cart to make sure you put the correct item. If you wish to continue shopping, click “continue shopping”. If you are finished selecting your items, click “Begin Checkout”.

4. Begin checkout:

Now, please enter your shipping and billing information. When you have finished, you can click the submit button.

5. Confirmation:

After you submit the order, you will receive an email with a summary of your order and an order number.

To ship via USPS, there will be an additional handling fee of $5.00 for the first package, and $1.00 for each additional package. It is customer’s responsibility to inform us to include insurance or any other service that are needed. Nile is not responsible for any missing or damaged merchandise during shipping once the package is release from Nile’s warehouse.

For Canada’s Orders:
We may ship to Canadian addresses, you may be responsible for the customs, duties and brokerage fees or any of taxes. Those cost may separate from the shipping charge. If an International shipment is refused in customs or at the delivery address, the customer is responsible for the return freight in addition to the customs, duties and brokerage fees charged for the return to the United States

FedEx International Priority : 2-3 business days (if no custom delay)
FedEx International Economy : 3-5 business days (if no custom delay)
FedEx International Ground : 5-10 business days (if no custom delay) (Not all cities have ground service)

NILE accepts A/E, Visa, Master, and Discover credit card.

2. Pre-paid by money order and cashier check:
For prepaid customers, the money order and cashier's check must include shipping charge. (Please add all items you would like to purchase in the shopping cart then enter your shipping zip code to estimate freight.) We will refund if any amount over estimated. Please note it takes 5-10 business days to clear money order or cashier check before we ship out your order. Sorry, Personal checks or business checks are not be accepted at this time.

Processing Time: Express shipments are given top priority. Standard Ground order will ship within 72 Hours, Monday to Friday from the time you place your order and begin processing.

Express shipment will be processed in 24 hours, not including Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Please include a physical shipping address on all shipments. FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day Select
All express shipments are shipped within 24 hours (Not including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays). Orders must be received prior to 10:00 AM PST in order to receive "Same Day" expedited service.

To determine dimensional weight, the length is multiplied by the width and height and divided by the cubic size 194.

*** Our website estimated shipping charge is based on regular weight, not dimensional weight. A confirmation of shipping charge is required "ONLY" if the actual charge exceeds the estimated charge given on the website by $15.00. These orders will not be shipped unless confirmation of charge is received.

Step 2. Our representative will issue a return authorization (RMA) number to you.


Step 3. Include RMA number on the outside of return package and return to address listed below:

We are unable to accept return of books and videos that have been opened.

For your security, please return your package(s) with an insured carrier. Nile is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 


No restocking fee for all of return merchandise.


Packages returned due to customer change of mind or cancellation after the package has shipped are subject to both, the initial shipping and return shipping charge.


Nile will not accept any package(s) without the Return merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please Note: Special orders and items that have been altered or custom-made to your specifications are not returnable.
**We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returned after the 30-day warranty period or to charge additional restocking fees on such merchandise.


If you want Nile to inform for any backorder item(s), please note your request on your order, otherwise Nile will ship quantity/stock available and all backorder item(s) will be cancel unless you specify. You will need to pay for 2nd freight charges for all backorder item(s).

Cancel Order:

If you wish to cancel your order, contact 1-800-754-1300 ASAP. Otherwise charges may occur. Once your order ships, it cannot be cancelled. The order can be returned.

Minimum Order:

We have no minimum amount for each order.

1. Sales Tax:
The state sales tax will be added to your order. Orders placed on our web site will have the sales tax added when invoiced. If you already have a California Seller's Permit on file with us, the sales tax will not apply and will be remove.

If you have a valid California Seller's Permit, state law now requires us to have a signed Resale Verification Form on file, or we have to charge you sales tax. If you are setting up your online customer profile for the first time, the shopping cart will display the tax. You will need to mail us your resale information and we will set your profile to not calculate the tax. This Resale Verification Form must be updated at least every 4 years.
This Resale Verification Form is a declaration that you have a valid California seller's permit and, once signed and sent to us, allows us sell to you without charging tax on certain items.
Basically, the Resale Verification Form states that you (the buyer) certify that you are purchasing certain types of items from us:
1.1 For resale in the regular course of business without intervening use in the regular course of business.
1.2 For use as an ingredient or component part of a new article of tangible personal property to be produced for sale, and/or
1.3 As a chemical to be used in processing a new article of tangible personal property to be produced for sale.

Please note: This means a book, display rack, or set of tools, for your own use is taxable. If you are purchasing multiple tools, displays or books for your customers, then we do not charge you tax, because you will charge tax when you re-sell them to your customers.

2. California Prop 65 Warning:
