Q: Is Nile a secure website?  
     
  A: Yes, Nile is a secure website. Nile collects your information needed to process your order. Upon request we will remove you from our database. We never release any of our customer’s information including credit card information outside our company. Our order form features Verisign SSL encryption security so you can feel confident that your credit card number is safe.  
 
     
Q: When will I receive my package(s)?  
     
  A: For your convenience we offer standard shipping. To estimate the delivery date, please add about 3 business days for Nile to process the orders plus the transit times. For example: 3 processing days + 5 days transit times to New York= about 8 business days.  
 
     
Q: What is my log in ID and password?  
     
  A: Your Log-In ID will be your E-Mail address and password must created by yourself.  
 
     
Q: I forgot my password. What do I do?  
     
  A: 1. Click on the "Login" link found in the upper right-hand corner of this page. 2. Go to the "Forgot Password?" and fill in your email address. 3. Click on the "Submit" button.4. Your password on file will be emailed to you immediately.  
 
     
Q: Why can't I get confirmation e-mail?  
     
  A: Your email system blocks unknown e-mail. So, the confirmation email cannot be sent to your email system. Please remove or add our email address to your system. After that, next time you place your order you will get a confirmation email.  
 
     
Q: How do I know my order status?  
     
  A: You can track your order from our site (Main Page) at any time. If your tracking numbers are not ready, then your order has not shipped out yet.  
 
     
Q: What do I do when I receive products that have problems?  
     
  A: If you have any problems with your shipment other than "normal dissatisfaction", please contact us soon at 1-800-754-1300.  
 
     
Q: How do I cancel my order?  
     
  A: To cancel your order, contact us at 1-800-754-1300 ASAP, otherwise charges may be applied. Once your order ships, it cannot be cancelled. The order can be returned, but the shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.  
 
     
Q: Can I combine colors to get quantity discount?  
     
  A: Only the same item number and same color can get quantity discount.  
 
     
Q: Where is my backorder?  
     
  A: All backorder items will be canceled automatically. Contact us by email or call 1-800-754-1300 to process your backorder. Customers do need to pay for the shipping charge, but no handling fee for less than $50.00 minimum order.  
 
     
Q: Why is my shopping cart empty?  
     
  A: If you disable the “cookie” (a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user) to your computer, that is why your shopping cart is empty.  
 
     
Q: Why is my credit card not charge yet?  
     
  A: If you are paying by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover directly, we do NOT charge your credit card until the day your order ships.
